A great way to get your shopping done anytime that suits you, keeping gifts a surprise from little eyes, or simply being able to do it alone, (even if it is 1am!!). Shop online, collect from Geilston Bay, Eastern Shore Hobart – and it’s free.
Just select ‘local pick-up‘, and pop in the ‘order notes‘ at The Checkout when you would like to collect. Already popped your order through? Thats OK, just send us a message through ‘Contact Us‘.
layby + afterpay + zippay
My Kids Room can offer you a layby. As there is no specific online function for this, there are a few steps below to follow, so that you can still achieve an layby online. Alternatively you can Afterpay or ZipPay, these are online payment methods where you can get your children’s and kid’s toys now and pay with regular installments. These are at the checkout, and is easy to do!
- please make your purchase selecting ‘Direct Debit’ as the payment method and put in the order notes THIS IS A LAYBY, do not pay.
2. make a second transaction with gift vouchers to the amount you would like to pay as your deposit, pay as you wish. You can also do this to make any payments towards your layby.
we offer FREE delivery to postcodes 7000, 7015, 7050 without any extra communication. Delivery is an option for anywhere in Southern Tasmania, depending on when you need your goodies.
A local courier can be used for $5.00, for next day delivery (conditions apply). Otherwise delivery is generally made within 8 days of completed purchase, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time. Please note this may be outside of business hours and place in ‘Order Notes’ the parcel can be left in your absence.
exchanges or returns
At My Kids Room we hope you love your purchase as much as we love our products. Please be assured that we take faulty items very seriously and will assess and sort out the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us and we can guide you through the process (we will need either the products back or in most cases photos will be sufficient).
If you do happen to pick something that is not quite right for your needs we are more than happy to exchange this upon receiving the original item back in as new condition, including the packaging. If you are unable to find something else at that time then we will happily provide you with a store credit or refund, this will be minus any postage/processing costs.
